James (Jim) Constantine
Founder & President – Mid-Atlantic Remodeling and Design
James Constantine is the founder and president of Mid-Atlantic Remodeling and Design, bringing more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry and a lifelong commitment to craftsmanship, leadership, and service. Beginning his career in 1992 in Bowie, Maryland,
Over the course of his career, James has worked in virtually every role within the construction industry—from field operations and job site supervision to estimating, project management, and company leadership. This deep, hands-on knowledge allows him to guide projects with a practical understanding of both the technical and operational sides of construction.
James specializes in residential and commercial construction throughout the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Eastern Shore regions. His experience spans home renovations, custom kitchens and bathrooms, additions, exterior restoration, building maintenance, and commercial improvement projects. Under his leadership, Mid-Atlantic Remodeling and Design has grown to serve thousands of clients throughout the DMV, earning a reputation for quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and dependable service.
A proud blue-collar entrepreneur, James built his business on the principles of integrity, hard work, and personal accountability. Outside of construction, James dedicates much of his time to his family and to community service. His commitment to volunteering and helping others reflects the same values that guide his work—leadership, service, and giving back to the community he proudly serves.
Sophia Constantine
Client Relations, Safety, Permitting & Expediting Services
Sophia Constantine is a Senior at Towson University in a degree in Public Health and brings a strong blend of administrative expertise, customer service, and construction knowledge to the team. Raised in a construction household, she has been immersed in the residential building industry from an early age.
Sophia specializes in construction permitting and expediting services for both residential and commercial projects. She works closely with local municipalities and regulatory agencies to obtain building permits and coordinate approvals, ensuring projects move forward efficiently and in full compliance with local requirements.
In addition to permitting and project coordination, Sophia maintains the company’s safety program for employees and subcontractors, helping ensure that job sites operate with a strong focus on safety, organization, and regulatory compliance.
Known for her professionalism, organization, and attention to detail, Sophia helps streamline the often-complex permitting process and supports a smooth experience for clients from the earliest stages of each project.
Jeffrey Santa Rita
Master Carpenter – Residential Construction & Renovation
Jeffrey Santa Rita is a Master Carpenter with over 40 years of experience in residential construction, home improvement, and high-end renovations. He brings a rare combination of expert craftsmanship, strategic project oversight, and construction consulting, ensuring every project is executed with precision, efficiency, and the highest standards of quality.
Throughout his career, Jeffrey has honed his skills in estimating, project management, and hands-on construction, allowing him to lead teams and guide projects seamlessly from concept to completion. He is known for his meticulous attention to detail, clear communication, and unwavering commitment to client satisfaction.
Whether managing intricate home renovations, custom carpentry, or comprehensive remodeling projects, Jeffrey consistently delivers results that reflect his dedication to excellence, integrity, and the art of fine craftsmanship.
Christian Gonzalez
Estimator & Field Superintendent
Christian Gonzalez is our Estimator and Superintendent with over 10 years of experience specializing in roofing and exterior building maintenance. Serving as Estimator and Job Site Superintendent, Christian oversees project planning, field operations, and quality control to ensure projects are executed efficiently and to the highest professional standards.
His expertise includes roofing systems, pressure cleaning, masonry restoration, brick point-up, and a wide range of exterior building maintenance services. Christian manages crews and coordinates project operations across both residential and commercial projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with industry best practices.
Originally from Bowie, Maryland, Christian is a graduate of Pallotti High School and brings a professional, detail-driven approach to every project he manages, from initial estimating through final completion.
Kyle Constantine
Project Manager – Residential Construction
Kyle Constantine is a construction professional with over a decade of experience delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects throughout Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. As a Project Manager specializing in residential construction, Kyle is known for his meticulous attention to detail, disciplined execution, and unwavering commitment to craftsmanship.
He leads projects across all facets of residential construction, including kitchen and bath renovations, roofing systems, and custom home additions. From initial concept through final delivery, Kyle ensures each project is executed with precision, efficiency, and a refined level of care that aligns with the expectations of discerning homeowners.
Kyle’s approach is grounded in clear communication, thoughtful planning, and an elevated standard of quality—resulting in seamless project experiences and exceptional outcomes.
A graduate of Pallotti High School, a lifelong resident of the DMV and a proud U.S. Army veteran, Kyle where he developed the leadership, structure, and accountability that now define his work in construction management.
